The City of Charlevoix is committed to ensuring that the fundamental principles of equal opportunity are upheld in all decisions involving our employees and contractors/consultants, and to ensuring that the residents of our city are afforded access to our programs and services.

Enforcement
The City of Charlevoix designates the City Manager as the Title VI officer with the responsibility of ensuring that the City of Charlevoix complies with Title VI regulations.

This policy statement will be circulated throughout the City of Charlevoix and included by reference in all contract agreements, programs, and services administered by the City of Charlevoix.
